- More than one ref sheet page can be made for this commission, but the number of pages will not affect the overall price.
- LIMITS: Only one character per commission. Ask me if you have a two-in-one character or something that can affect this rule.

Terms & Conditions
Read this before you place an order, especially if this is your first time. (Last updated: June 21, 2025)
- I reserve the right to decline your commission pitch for any reasons explicitly mentioned in the TOS or not. This includes promts/descriptions that I find uncomfortable.
- Please send any reference images for your characters, poses, personalities, environments, expressions, styles, themes, etc. Build a moodboard! It'll make my job easier.
- Your commission's progress can be listed on my website's Projects page with your first name/username. Please let me know if you want to remain anonymous.
- The buyer is PROHIBITED from sending Generative AI images as references. No exceptions. Read this article for more info.
- Any commissions made for Generative AI or blockchain projects are STRICTLY PROHIBITED Generative AI includes, but is not limited to generative images, text, audio, and videos. Blockchain projects includes, but is not limited to cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DAOs, etc.
- These commissions are NOT allowed to to be made for Art Fight because it is against their rules to do so. This applies to the buyer, anybody with outside influence on the commission, and myself.
- Prices are in $USD & must be paid upfront. When using a PayPal invoice, fiat currencies will only be accepted (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
- Tips are optional. However, paying an extra 5% tip on a Vgen invoice or a 3% tip on a PayPal Invoice will help cover the processing fees!
- I will only take payments through payment systems like VGen or a PayPal invoice. Credit/debit cards and other payment processors may be accepted through these services.
- I'll charge $10 extra or more for any major overhauls made in the line art stages or later.
- Commissions can take one to three months (or less) to complete. This will depend on my workload.
- Final digital products will be sent through Vgen and/or your email of choice.
- Final merch products will be sent to your physical address of choice.
- The only public places I can post finished commissions are on my website and any social media sites I'm on. Please let me know if you want your commission to be private or anonymous.
- All clients will recieve a link to an exit survey with their final products. You're highly encouraged to fill it out so it can help improve my services!
- The buyer does NOT have the right to use their commission for any commercial value or monetary gain, including advertisements, merchandise, etc. Logo commissions do not apply to this rule. PNG Tubers are safe to use for YouTube, Twitch, other video/streaming platforms, personal websites, or for advertising said platforms.
- The buyer does NOT have the right to use their commission for any commercial value involving blockchain projects or genAI projects no matter what illustration service they choose, including Logos and PNG Tubers.
- The buyer does NOT have the right to claim ownership of their commission. Completed commissions are for personal use only, except for Logos & PNG Tubers.
- If your commission is for commercial purposes & is NOT a Logo, then you MUST discuss it with me, as it will come at an additional cost.
- Refunds are only allowed during the development of the commission. Should it happen, I will halt all progress made on it.
- Most commissions will involve active communication and/or consultation via email, social media, or Vgen; unless the commission otherwise specifies that feedback is not included.
- For commissions that require your feedback to progress (Character References, Logos, PNGTubers, etc.), if you do not respond after my first warning for one week, then the commission will be cancelled. You will be offered a 50% refund if this happens.
