Terms & Conditions
Read this before you place an order, especially if this is your first time. (Last updated: October 10, 2024)
- Prices are in $USD. It must be paid upfront in a PayPal invoice with fiat currencies only (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). Tips are optional.
- I will only take payments through a PayPal invoice and Ko-fi. Credit/debit cards and other payment processors may be accepted through these services.
- I reserve the right to decline your commission pitch for any reasons explicitly mentioned in the TOS or not. This includes promts/descriptions that I find uncomfortable.
- Please send any reference images for your characters, poses, personalities, environments, expressions, styles, themes, etc. Build a moodboard! It'll make my job easier.
- The buyer is PROHIBITED from sending Generative AI images as references unless the buyer has verified that consent was given to use the images to train the genAI system. Read this for more info.
- I'll charge $10 extra or more for any major overhauls made in the line art stages or later.
- These commissions are NOT allowed to to be made for Art Fight because it is against their rules to do so. This includes the buyer, any person with outside influence on the commission, or myself.
- Refunds are only allowed during the development of the commission. Should it happen, I will halt all progress made on it.
- The buyer does NOT have the right to claim ownership of their commission. Completed commissions are for personal use only, except for Logos & PNG Tubers.
- The only public places I can post finished commissions are on my website and any social media sites I'm on. Please let me know if you want your commission to be private or anonymous.
- Any commissions made for genAI projects are STRICTLY PROHIBITED (Generative AI; including but not limited to generative images, text, audio, and videos).
- Any commissions made for blockchain projects are STRICTLY PROHIBITED (Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DAOs, etc.).
- The buyer does NOT have the right to use their commission for any commercial value or monetary gain including advertisements, merchandise, etc. Logo commissions do not apply to this rule. PNG Tubers are safe to use for YouTube, Twitch, other video/streaming platforms, personal websites, or for advertising said platforms.
- The buyer does NOT have the right to use their commission for any commercial value involving blockchain projects or genAI projects no matter what illustration service they choose, including Logos and PNG Tubers.
- If your commission is for commercial purposes & is NOT a Logo, then you MUST discuss it with me, as it will come at an additional cost.
